had a delightful city break in somerset west, and lord charles hotel truly exceeded my expectations! from the luxurious beds to the exceptional dinner in their restaurant, everything was top-notch. the staff was helpful and organised, making it a perfect venue for a business conference.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with single beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was in a particularly good location, close to many shops beach.

The highlight of my weekend getaway was unquestionably the dinner in the hotel restaurant. The limited menu offered creative and delicious combinations that were beautifully presented. The food was absolutely superb! The landscaping of the hotel grounds was also worth mentioning - it was so marvelous, green, and well maintained, providing a lovely atmosphere for relaxing and taking walks.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the limited food menu options. While the dinner was fantastic, it would have been nice to see more variety in the types of meat offered for lunch or dinner.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was spot on. The room was top-notch, with a creative and delicious dinner menu. The location was perfect, being centrally located and easy to get around. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, even when we arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready. a highly recommended stay.

Mind-blowing buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, stunning view from the room, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful courtyard and poolside dining options, accommodating reservation manager.

The hotel is newly renovated and clean with comfortable rooms. The staff is very courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the well-kept gardens and the close proximity to shopping malls and vineyards. , the breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of options.

The WiFi was poor and unusable during peak times, which was inconvenient for business guests. the restaurant was not up to par with the rest of the hotel, with some dishes being too salty and pastry service being problematic.

I recently stayed at Lord Charles Hotel for a weekend getaway with my mother, and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. Their friendliness and willingness to fulfill our every request made us feel incredibly welcome. The spacious and well-stocked room provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were even surprised with a delicious snack platter in our room. We can't wait to return to this beautiful property in the future.
